Le Relais de Patache d'Aux
Médoc
As young vineyards are not suitable for wine production at the level of quality required by Patache d'Aux, they are processed differently so as to obtain a lighter and fresher Medoc. Pleasant with a fruity, supple character. It should be drunk during the years generally following a relatively early bottling. The annual production of the Relais de Patache d'Aux represents 10% of the total production of the vineyard.
