Les Lys de Lieujean
Bordeaux Blanc
Over rather clayey soil of 1,5 hectares two complementary grape varieties, Grey Sauvignon and White Sauvignon are grown so as to make a white fruity and elegant wine.
This wine matures a few weeks in new casks before being bottled at the end of the winter following the harvest in order to achieve the complex aromas typical of the Bordeaux white wines.
Thanks to its slight acid taste this wine will be perfect with seafood and the Gironde estuary fish, the shad and the wild salmon.
