Château Leboscq
Cru Bourgeois
Médoc
Locally, Boscq means a high spot.
In the village of Saint Christoly, on the riverside of the Garonne, Château Leboscq is a hilly vineyard as high as 25m.
The Château Leboscq vineyard being always early, given micro climatic conditions, the vineyard acts for us as an indicator.
It dictates some of our strategies toward the harvest year trends.
These wines are extremely steady in a classical style, they are fresh with lively fruity aromas.

A fresh, but dry wine, with stalky black fruits and acidity. Light and crisp, this is a pleasant fruity mouthful that demands hearty winter dishes as an accompaniment.

This wine knows how to concile roundness and a nice tannic structure to give it a nice bouquet with vanilla notes on a ripe fruit base. It will go perfectly with a hazelnut beef stew.

And others that we can't forget...
As in all tastings, we had to select among an impressive choice of superb bottles. That is why we would like to point out Châteaux that were distinguished in the two vintages mentioned. Please make a note of them, because they deserve all your attention : ...Leboscq...
