Château Fonpiqueyre
Haut-Médoc
Attached to the Château Liversan in the 18th century, the Château Fonpiqueyre is vinified in the same winery.
The 20 hectares of vineyard on a gravelly and sandy soil is composed of 50% of Merlot and 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The style of Château Fonpiqueyre is similar to Liversan, but more simple where the notion of fruits and roundness prevails.
This wine can easily be drunk within the few first year after bottling.
